Howell Gordy

With over 38 years of experience, Howell’s extensive familiarity with both retail architectural projects and commercial buildings make him a valuable member of the Allevato management team. By remaining involved with conceptual design, tenant coordination efforts, and construction phases, his depth of knowledge and personable attitude has led to the successful completion of many indoor mall projects and shopping center developments. While thoroughly enjoying the work he does, Howell’s friendly personality and fondness for a good joke has fostered close friendships with clients and coworker over the years. After moving from Houston to Boston in 1986, he still recalls his first retail project here in New England and he still maintains the friendships he made in that first year.
