Lou Allevato, AIA
As a strong believer in the power of being “hands-on” in all phases of a project, Lou remains active throughout providing strong leadership, experience and vision. Active involvement in practice, design and staff development ensures the core value of Allevato Architects comes to fruition through successful projects and client satisfaction. Lou is an active member in his community and participates on various boards. He also has served on the planning board as well as the design review committee, where he wrote the design review guidelines.
DIRECTIONS
From the North:
Take I-495 South to exit 17, Route 140 Franklin. Turn left onto Route 140 South. After four stop lights, take a right onto Hayward Street. The office is located in an old brick textile mill at 31 Hayward Street. Use the 2nd driveway on the right, and follow to the back of the complex. We're on the 2nd floor.
From the South:
Take I-495 North to exit 16, King Street Franklin. Turn right onto King Street. At first light, turn left onto Union Street. After crossing railroad tracks look for McCarthy Street – second left after tracks. At stop sign, continue straight onto Hayward Street. The office is located in an old brick textile mill at 31 Hayward Street. Use the 1st driveway on the left, and follow to the back of the complex. We're on the 2nd floor.
From the East or West:
From Mass Turnpike take I-495 South. Follow directions from above “From the North”
A note about GPS: For some reason most GPS units will have you drive one tenth of a mile past our office when driving from the North. Conversely, from the South it stops you one tenth of a mile before the office. Don’t ask why…we don’t know why.
