Westgate Mall Entry A Corridor was opened in time for the holiday rush 2011. Construction will be continuing in 2012 as another entry is added and the new mall corridors are renovated.

Excerpt from New England Real Estate Journal:

“ . . . planned improvements, which are being collaborated on with Allevato Architects Inc., include an entirely new façade addressing the Market Basket Supermarket, new entrances and architectural façade features, enhanced pylon signage, interior mall modifications, and an enriched sidewalk and parking lot environment. These renovations and the addition of the new supermarket will increase retail traffic to this exciting area and build Westgate Mall as a premier destination in the city of Brockton.”

The newest tenant to open at Colony Place in Plymouth, Massachusetts. This new tenant façade was designed by Allevato, and with a quick turn around the new store was open in time for the holiday season 2011.
