Through the remodeling of public lobbies, corridors, stairway transitions, and public restrooms, the new design concept will transform the existing tech-style lobby to give it an urban downtown elegance. Much attention was focused on the main lobby and by reconfiguring the entry space to make it more efficient with high-end impact, the new design will present a memorable impression to potential clientele. The overall modifications include, new finishes, textures and colors, planned focal treatments and plantscape, updated way-finding graphics and restroom finishes, more effective guard desk, and new lighting to provide efficiency and contrast lighting levels. The architectural language developed in the main lobby will be implemented throughout the building, activating secondary lobbies and updating common corridors. The improvements will give the building sensitivity and enhance the experience and comfort for both tenants and their clientele.
