This 2-story office building was designed to subtly reflect and reinforce the connection with the surrounding community and the architectural character and traditions of Franklin. The combination of materials and detailing, such as glazed brick, horizontal siding, engaged columns, accent banding, and elaborate cornice details, give the exterior of the building a comfortable scale relating to its commercial and residential neighbors. The building’s interior space was designed for flexibility with the potential for 1 to 4 tenants with welcoming lobbies on each floor and sufficient glazing to allow nearly all interior spaces natural daylight and enhance the work environment.
