Located in the center of Millis, Massachusetts, this new mixed-use project will house retail and office tenants along with residential units at the upper levels. The two building complex recalls architecture of the past and creates a multi-purpose center with pedestrian friendly retail spaces along the first floor. Traditional New England forms and detailing, including clapboard and shingle siding, wide board trim and dormers, are accented by a tower entrance.
